 There are many varieties of maple but our Maine Sugar Maple is the same tree that yields the sap from which our maple syrup is made. The smoke from our sugar maple has that hint of sweetness that makes it perfect for pork or poultry. All of our sweet smoking sugar maple comes from our family farmsteads who sustains their maple lots by weeding out the small saplings that we turn into wood chips.

If you are using a propane or electric grill simply place the chips in one of our designed smoker box or use an aluminum pie plate placed directly on the cooking element.  If you are a charcoal griller, toss a handful of our sugar maple chips directly onto the hot coals.  Enjoy the sweetest smoke on the planet!
