Since we try to create the least waste possible, we freeze-dry our lemons with the peel.  

• Our freeze-dried lemon comes in your choice of resealable snack pouch or bulk-size jars. Our jars are durable, stackable, and destined to be reused and not the landfill.
• Each snack contains just 100% freeze dried lemon. We wouldn't add anything else to our freeze dried fruit! For nutritional information see product image.
• Snack pouch size: 0.9 oz (27 grams) 
• Bulk jar size: 54 grams (1.9 oz)
• Our lemons are sourced from small local farmers.  Hand-picked, and grown using pesticide-free sustainable agriculture. Read more about the story behind our fruit.
